Softcery is a small, focused team building AI-driven B2B software solutions. We work closely with clients in the US and UK to launch AI voice agents and develop custom B2B platforms. Most of our work involves advanced R&D and solving complex challenges — and none of this would be possible without the right people on board.
That’s why we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will not just “fill roles”, but truly influence how we attract, assess, and hire talent.

Every person you hire will directly shape our team and our ability to deliver cutting-edge AI products. Over time, this role can also grow into a Talent Acquisition Team Lead position.
What You’ll Do:
Own the full recruitment cycle — from intake to offer, ensuring a smooth and thoughtful candidate experience.
Partner with hiring managers to define clear candidate profiles and identify the people who will drive our growth.
Lead proactive sourcing across platforms (LinkedIn, Djinni, Dou, etc.) and build long-term pipelines of strong talent.
Conduct interviews that go beyond checklists — focusing on cultural fit, motivation, and long-term potential.
Manage your own roles independently (1–4 at a time), keeping everything structured in our ATS Homerun.
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to spot bottlenecks, suggest improvements, and introduce new ideas or processes.
Contribute to the employer brand by helping us share our story with candidates and the tech community.
What We’re Looking For:
You have 1+ year of experience in IT recruitment (preferably in outsourcing/consulting) and a track record of successfully closing both technical and non-technical roles.
You take full ownership of the recruitment process, managing roles end-to-end with autonomy and accountability.
You’re analytical and metrics-driven — you enjoy tracking results, identifying bottlenecks, and suggesting improvements to make the process smarter.
You thrive in dynamic environments, are curious, adaptable, and love thinking outside the box to find the right talent.
You value long-term fit and quality over speed, building trustful relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike.
You’re comfortable communicating in English at an Intermediate level (B1+) or higher.
