Strong Middle Software Engineer

We are looking for a Strong Middle Software Engineer to lead the delivery of AI-powered products for international clients. You'll work on complex AI systems with a strong focus on Voice AI, collaborating directly with clients and taking ownership of features from design to production. We're hiring in Lviv, where most of our team is located. We regularly get together for offline meetings, so it's important for us to have someone who enjoys being part of those in-person connections. 

What You'll Do:

• Deliver production-ready AI solutions for international clients from concept to deployment.

• Design and build AI-powered applications with a strong focus on Voice AI and intelligent automation.

• Integrate LLMs, third-party APIs, and business systems into scalable software solutions.

• Own technical implementation, make architectural decisions, and ensure high code quality.

• Collaborate directly with clients to clarify requirements, discuss technical solutions, and deliver business value.

• Continuously explore new AI technologies and apply them to real-world customer challenges.

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of commercial software engineering experience.

• Strong experience building scalable backend or full-stack applications.

• Experience with React, Node.js and Python.

• Hands-on experience with AI-powered applications or LLM integrations.

• Strong software design and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to independently own features and deliver projects with minimal supervision.

• Excellent communication skills and confidence working directly with international clients.

• English – Advanced (C1).

• Location – Lviv.
