Softcery is a product studio that creates and develops innovative B2B SaaS solutions — not only for clients, but also by building its own products.
We’re looking for a Sales Manager to drive growth by attracting new clients and expanding the reach of our innovative B2B SaaS products.
Responsibility:
Win and manage high-value deals with SMB clients (ACV $25k–$250k), with a strong focus on North American and European markets.
Take full ownership of outbound sales—identify the right targets, craft compelling messaging, and drive cold outreach initiatives from the ground up.
Lead consultative sales conversations, uncovering client needs and shaping tailored proposals for complex or custom technical services.
Work closely with product and technical teams to define project scope, timelines, and pricing with precision.
Thrive in an autonomous environment—no marketing handoffs or RevOps safety nets. You own the entire pipeline, end to end.
Requirements:3+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience, with a focus on selling services or complex, non-product-led solutions.
Demonstrated success closing deals with an average contract value (ACV) between $25k and $250k.
Proven ability to build and execute outbound sales strategies from the ground up.
Comfortable navigating technical sales processes and creating customized proposals based on client needs.
Experience operating independently or within lean teams, without relying on extensive marketing or sales infrastructure.
Skills:Proficient with outbound sales tools such as cold email platforms, CRMs, and LinkedIn.
Skilled in consultative selling—able to uncover client pain points and present tailored, value-driven solutions.
Strong command of written and spoken English (native fluency not required, but communication must be clear and professional).
Capable of writing compelling outreach copy, testing messaging variations, and building basic outreach sequences.
Comfortable discussing AI and software delivery services, with technical support available as needed.
