Sales Manager – AI & Software Services (B2B, Early-Stage)

We’re looking for aSales Manager to help us bring in new projects and build a repeatable sales process. You’ll be running sales from first contact to signed contract – fully hands-on, with support from our team when needed.

We are looking for our future team member in Lviv, as we have meetings at a coworking space. We also regularly organize online and offline meetings with the entire team to keep in touch, even during remote work.

What You’ll Do:

  • Research and reach out to potential clients via LinkedIn, email, and Upwork.

  • Qualify leads and drive structured discovery calls.

  • Identify the real business problem behind the client’s request.

  • Shape and deliver proposals in collaboration with the CEO, CTO, and delivery team.

  • Close deals ranging from $25k to $250k ACV and ensure a smooth handoff to delivery.

  • Collaborate with the SDR and Copywriter to test and refine outreach.

  • Handle inbound leads when they come in (they do — just not every day).

  • Iterate on messaging, positioning, and the sales process itself.


What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years in B2B sales, ideally in software development or other complex/consultative services.

  • Strong experience with outbound sales: from targeting and messaging to closing deals.

  • A clear understanding of how custom software is built (e.g. frontend/backend, APIs, delivery stages).

  • The ability to run meaningful conversations with technical depth — and translate those into business logic in proposals.

  • A proactive, independent mindset — you’re comfortable working solo, but know when to collaborate.

  • Business sense — you look beyond the request and help the client get what they actually need.

  • Excellent English (both written and spoken), confidence in international communication.
