Sales Development Representative (SDR)
About Softcery
Softcery is a small, focused team building AI-driven B2B software solutions. We work closely with clients in the US and UK to launch AI voice agents and develop custom B2B platforms. Most of our work involves complex or custom tech projects - and we love making them sound clear and exciting.
We’re looking for an SDR who can drive outbound efforts, qualify potential clients, and keep the pipeline moving. This role is for someone who understands the B2B sales cycle, is confident in cold outreach, and is comfortable communicating value in the AI/tech domain.
What you’ll do:
Run outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Initiate and manage early-stage communication with potential clients.
Process inbound leads from Upwork, the company website, and email campaigns.
Maintain up-to-date CRM records (we use Attio): statuses, notes, next steps, deadlines.
Prepare short, tailored company and service intros.
Collaborate with the CEO and product team to refine ICPs, priorities, and messaging.
What we’re looking for:
At least 1 year of experience in an SDR / Outbound Sales / Lead Generation role in tech.
Strong written English (B2+/C1).
Understanding of CRM usage and outbound sales workflows.
Ability to quickly grasp technical and product-related details.
Self-discipline, initiative, and a results-driven mindset.
Nice to have:
Experience in AI/ML or SaaS companies.
Experience designing and testing outreach campaigns (A/B tests, analytics).
Familiarity with ICP and buyer persona development.
Previous work in US/UK markets.
