We’re looking for a Sales Assistant to support our CEO and Sales team in bringing new projects to Softcery. You’ll help drive our outbound efforts, manage communication with potential clients, and assist in preparing proposals — all while learning the full B2B software sales cycle.
We are looking for our future team member in Lviv, as we have meetings at a coworking space. We also regularly organize online and offline meetings with the entire team to keep in touch, even during remote work.
What You’ll Do:
Research potential clients and identify relevant leads via LinkedIn, email, and Upwork.
Support outreach campaigns together with the CEO and SDR team.
Manage CRM data, track lead progress, and prepare short client briefs.
Participate in discovery calls and take structured notes.
Help prepare proposals, presentations, and follow-ups.
Assist with inbound requests and initial qualification of leads.
Contribute ideas for improving our sales process and messaging.
What We’re Looking For:
6+ months of experience in B2B lead generation or sales support (preferably in software or IT services).
Understanding of how software development companies work — bonus if you’ve collaborated with tech teams before.
Proactive attitude, curiosity about B2B sales and technology.
Strong attention to detail and organization — you’ll be keeping our sales machine running smoothly.
A desire to learn, grow, and take on more responsibility over time.
Upper-Intermediate level of English (B2+).
