Marketing Manager
Softcery builds advanced AI systems for B2B SaaS companies. We partner with founders in the US and UK to design, build, and scale production-ready AI solutions that solve real business challenges. Our team focuses on complex AI engineering — systems that are technically robust, business-aligned, and built to scale. We combine deep technical expertise with strong product thinking, helping companies move from AI ambition to real, production impact.
We are looking for a B2B Marketing Manager to help build marketing at Softcery from an early stage. You will focus on positioning, audience targeting and long-term lead generation, with the opportunity to work hands-on and shape marketing processes that drive business growth.
We are looking for our futureteam member in Lviv, as we have meetings at a coworking space. We also regularly organize online and offline meetings with the entire team to keep in touch, even during remote work.
What You’ll Do:
Strategic targeting — help identify the right audience among early-stage and growing B2B SaaS companies that need AI implementation support.
Market research & awareness — research target companies, track market segments, competitors, and trends in the AI and B2B SaaS space.
Positioning & messaging — define how Softcery is presented to technical founders and decision-makers, shaping marketing messages that highlight our expertise.
Content strategy & collaboration — generate ideas and topics for articles, case studies and website content. Collaborate with copywriters and technical teams to turn them into marketing materials.
Campaign support — assist with marketing campaigns on LinkedIn, email, and website channels.
Outreach messaging support — work with SDRs to define target accounts and refine messaging from a marketing perspective.
What We’re Looking For:
B2B marketing experience — 1-3 years in technical services, consulting, or software development companies.
Strategic and analytical mindset — able to contribute to marketing development, set direction, and make a measurable impact by focusing on qualified opportunities and business growth.
Audience & messaging focus — interest in understanding target audiences, defining positioning, and guiding content and messaging strategy.
Hands-on and adaptable — comfortable executing daily tasks while navigating changing priorities and working independently.
Growth-driven attitude — motivated to scale into a senior leadership role while helping develop the marketing function from execution to strategy.
English proficiency — Upper-Intermediate level.
