Junior Outbound BDR / SDR (B2B AI Consultancy & Services)
Softcery builds advanced AI systems for B2B SaaS companies. We partner with founders in the US and UK to design, build, and scale production-ready AI solutions that solve real business challenges. Our team focuses on complex AI engineering — systems that are technically robust, business-aligned, and built to scale. We combine deep technical expertise with strong product thinking, helping companies move from AI ambition to real, production impact.
Right now, we rely on our network and referrals. It works, but it limits growth. We need someone to help us build a working outbound lead generation channel from scratch.
We're looking for a Junior Sales Development / Business Development Specialist who will own early-stage client acquisition end-to-end — from shaping ICPs and outreach strategy to first conversations and pipeline validation. We provide context, feedback, and support — you run the outreach and refine your approach.
What You’ll Do:
Own the full outbound cycle — from identifying and targeting companies to first conversations.
Strategic targeting — help identify and refine the right audience, ICPs, and segments among B2B companies that may need AI implementation or custom development support.
First conversations — initiate and manage early-stage conversations, clearly articulating Softcery’s value.
Lead qualification — assess fit, context, and readiness before passing qualified leads further in the pipeline.
Inbound lead processing — handle and prioritize inbound leads from Upwork and our website.
CRM ownership — maintain accurate records in Attio (statuses, notes, next steps, follow-ups).
Messaging & positioning — adapt short introductions and outreach messages to different client contexts.
Collaboration — work closely with the Marketing Specialist to adjust outreach focus, priorities, and messaging based on real results.
Who We’re Looking For:
1+ years of experience in SDR / BDR / outbound lead generation (IT services, SaaS, or consulting).
Understanding of B2B sales cycles and early-stage funnel logic.
Experience working with ICPs, segmentation, and lead qualification.
Strong ownership mindset, with comfort operating in evolving processes.
Data and result-oriented approach.

Ability to quickly understand technical services and translate them into clear value.

Experience with US/UK markets.
