Junior AI Software Engineer

We are looking for a Junior AI Software Engineer, who is passionate about AI, has a strong technical background, and wants to grow fast through real projects and mentorship. You’ll work side-by-side with experienced engineers, get mentorship, and see your code go into real products.

What You’ll Do:

• Work on AI integrations — implement and extend LLM-based features (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, etc.) in real applications.

• Contribute to AI products — develop chatbots, voice agents, and automation features across internal and production systems.

• Support production AI systems — help maintain, improve, and debug existing AI-driven features.

• Participate in AI experiments — test models, APIs, and approaches to improve quality, cost, and performance of solutions.

• Grow toward client projects — gradually move from internal initiatives to real client-facing AI implementations.

What We’re Looking For:

• 6+ months of commercial experience with AI development — experience in real projects (AI products or AI integrations).

• Experience with AI/LLM systems — hands-on work with tools like OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, RAG pipelines or similar.

• Python skills — comfortable working with Python, APIs, and AI integrations.

• Understanding of software fundamentals — data structures, databases (SQL), and basic system design concepts.

• Interest in AI — curiosity about new models, tools, and practical applications.

• English level — Upper-Intermediate or higher.

Nice to have:

• Experience with APIs and backend systems — ability to integrate and debug third-party services.

• Familiarity with Git — understanding version control and basic workflows in a small development team.
